BRYCE WINZEN
Founder

With over over 20 years of experience managing complex custom builds as a Construction Project Manager as well as an Owner's Rep, Bryce is a veteran in the industry. He is passionate about creating maximum efficiency and ensuring all those involved in the project are performing to their highest capacity while maintaining the utmost quality.​
​He is skilled at navigating challenges at every turn of the project and adept at creating and implementing timely solutions. His longstanding partnerships with leading architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors give him the advantage of having connections with resources who will suit your specific needs and be the right fit for your project and for you. ​
​
Prior to his work as an Owner's Rep, Bryce managed residential and commercial remodel and build projects throughout the Pacific NW as a Construction Project Manager working for prominent Seattle builders. ​As an Owner's Representative, he has managed the renovations and builds of celebrity estates, luxury hotels, apartment communities, and penthouses.

Bryce is Co-President of the board for the nonprofit Construction for Change, which works to build needed facilities, primarily in the areas of medicine and education, in communities around the world, including Kenya, Uganda, Togo, the Dominican Republic and Nepal.
​
When Bryce is not helping build dreams, he enjoys many outdoor activities with his amazing family of four, including hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking and being in and on the water, coaching his daughter’s soccer and basketball teams, and exploring different parts of the globe.

PATRICK KERR
Senior Build Advisor

Patrick has been making ‘build dreams’ a reality for over 20 years, starting with managing build projects for multiple high end Pacific NW builders. He has worked closely with some of the most talented individuals in the industry with whom he has built lasting relationships. From concept to finish and all the unforeseen conditions in between, Patrick's experience and relationships are what enable him to keep projects on track.
Patrick has been an integral part of Winzen Build Advising as a Senior Build Advisor since 2022. Patrick takes a proactive approach, where he works to educate and elevate a client's understanding of their build and what to expect, while advocating for them in a language that builders and designers can understand. He believes collaboration and relationships are essential to the success of any build project and thrives on meeting challenges and “figuring out the impossible”.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys world travel, first getting bitten by the travel bug as a Semester at Sea participant in college. Based in Idaho, Patrick and his family enjoy skiing in McCall as well as traveling to visit the beach in Cape May on the Jersey shore each year. He also enjoys live music and taking time to engage in a great book.

With a decade of construction industry experience in the Pacific NW, Emily has navigated custom residential projects, spec builds, and multifamily developments. Her expertise spans multiple roles, such as purchasing, production scheduling, sales, and project management.​She specializes in millwork, cabinets, doors, and windows, having supplied numerous homes with high-quality products throughout her initial career in sales. Additionally, she has proficiency in cabinet design and drafting using CAD software, enabling precise and tailored solutions.
​
As a Build Advisor with WBA since 2024, Emily assists in project planning, supports scope and budget definition, coordinates contract reviews, and helps manage schedules and expenditures to align with project objectives. She collaborates closely with clients to refine project details, manage timelines, and coordinate with installers and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
