Our Work

Escala Penthouse

Fyfe

Hotel Ändra

  • We served as Owner’s Representative on this boutique hotel renovation, overseeing construction and coordinating design partners to execute the project vision. The project brought together leading talent in the industry: SKB Architects provided innovative architectural & interior design, Objekts led the furniture procurement, and Elements Hospitality guided the construction activities. Photos are available for viewing the property and you can learn more on the official Inn at the Market website.

  • As Owner’s Representative, we oversaw the renovation and transformation of this historic 1923 masonry building into a mixed-use development that thoughtfully blends historic character with contemporary design. We managed seismic reinforcement, the addition of a third-floor penthouse, and a sensitive expansion onto the adjacent lot, preserving the building’s integrity and enhancing the renovated residential and retail spaces. The project was designed by PUBLIC47 Architects and built by Belotti McHugh, where you can also view additional photos of the project.

Legacy Projects

These projects represent work our team members contributed to prior to joining Winzen Build Advising. While we were not the lead on these homes, our involvement reflects the expertise, care, and collaborative approach we bring to every project.
