We partnered on the renovation of this 10-story, 123-guest room boutique hotel in the heart of Pike Place Market. Drawing inspiration from Seattle’s Scandinavian heritage, the project features refined Nordic design touches and a full-property upgrade that blends timeless materials with contemporary hospitality standards. As Owner’s Representative, we oversaw the renovation, providing construction advisory and oversight through every phase to ensure the design vision was executed with precision and readiness for opening.
Guest rooms now showcase a thoughtful mix of warm woods, natural textures, and minimalist details, while the rooftop terrace offers a serene escape above the bustling market, complete with fire pits and sculptural lounging areas. The renovation balances respect for the building’s historic context with elevated, modern hospitality design.
