Escala Penthouse
This penthouse underwent a complete transformation guided by our team, overseeing and coordinating all contractors and design partners to bring the project vision to life. Working alongside NB Design Group and Hoxie Huggins as the contractor, we orchestrated a comprehensive renovation that elevated every detail of the space.
Custom chevron-pattern wood paneling defines the main living areas, complemented by handcrafted tilework, tailored millwork, and a concealed butler’s pantry that enhances both function and flow. An Art Deco–inspired bar serves as a sculptural centerpiece within the entertaining spaces.
The primary suite features a freestanding soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower wrapped in Ipe wood, balancing natural materials with modern refinement. Every detail from material selection to final coordination reflects precise execution and a commitment to creating a sophisticated, thoughtfully crafted residence.
The Escala Penthouse has also received international recognition as the real-world inspiration for Christian Grey’s residence in the Fifty Shades of Grey series, adding a unique cultural legacy to the home.
