With over 20 years in the construction industry, Bryce has managed projects ranging from $500k to $70M, including celebrity estates, luxury hotels, apartment communities, and a wellness resort. As the founder of Winzen Build Advising, he serves as an Owner’s Representative for clients locally, nationally and internationally, guiding projects from conception to completion. Bryce leverages his expertise, industry relationships, and commitment to clients to manage architects, builders, budgets, timelines, and every detail in between, ensuring each project is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard.
